You have the right to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you cancel your purchase, you must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after the day you picked up your package. To be able to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, you only need to return the goods before the deadline.
Our returns are free.
Pack the goods you want to return, stick on the return label and seal the package. We ask you to return the goods in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them and to include a delivery note in the package.

If you have handled the goods beyond what is permitted or if any part of the goods is missing or damaged, you will be liable for the diminished value of the goods and we reserve the right to deduct this diminished value from the refund.
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the value of the goods including shipping and the refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back from you.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.
The refund will not cost you anything.
