Gentaille was born out of a simple but frustrating question from my daughter: "Why are there no stylish pants that are long enough?" Both she and I have long legs, and throughout our lives we've struggled to find pants that actually reach all the way down - especially when it comes to trendy styles.
The idea took shape one summer in our favorite little French village on the Riviera. There, amidst the smell of fresh baguettes and the feeling that every day is worth enjoying, we decided: we wanted to create something together, something that solves a real problem.
Together with a small but dedicated team, we are now launching Gentaille - a brand that offers generous length pants, with style, quality and fit in focus. The name is inspired by the French "généreuse" (generous) and "taille" (size as in length). We start with classic basic models, but this is just the beginning.

We're a Swedish brand, healthily inspired by French fashion. Our pants are designed in Sweden, with pride and focus on quality in every detail, from the best materials to the craftsmanship behind every seam. We're not here to solve all the mysteries of the fashion world - we're just focused on one: giving you long-legged women the pants you've been looking for for a long time! Inspired by French charm in general and "Style Parisien" in particular, we create pants that go all the way - literally.
Your new wardrobe heroes give you the same styling options your normal-length friends have always had. We're borrowing the best from the classics, mixing it up with updated details and skipping the unnecessary. For those of you with long legs, and zero patience for poor fit we are here.
