Our business idea is as simple as it is très ingénieux: pants for women with long legs, you know the ones! For everyone else, we can tell you that those of us with long legs have a hard time finding pants with sufficient leg length, without compromising on fit and "feel" in general.
The normal delivery time for your order is 3-5 working days. Should your order not arrive - please contact customer service customercare@gentaille.com.
You have 14 days to make a return. Email customercare@gentaille.com with your order number and email address, or fill in the returns form that came with your order to tell us what you want to return and why. You can read more about how to make a return under "Returns".
Returns are free. Please use the return slip provided for returns. See Returns & Refunds for more information.
It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us and be processed, we will notify you by email when your order has been refunded. If it has been longer than that or if you need to contact us regarding your return, please contact us at customercare@gentaille.com and attach your proof of return (e.g. delivery receipt).
Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to us and we will charge a fee of up to 250 SEK/25 EUR to cover return shipping and handling.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you must first collect the package and then return it in accordance with our returns policy.

To make it as easy as possible when you want to exchange a product/size, email customercare@gentaille.com that you have returned the product and that you want to exchange. You will then receive a refund when it arrives at our warehouse and then place a new order.
You can find our sizes under Size Guide. Take your measurements or measure your favorite jeans in the places we indicate in the guide. Use a tape measure for best results. If you don't have one at home, you can use a piece of string and then measure with a ruler or a thumb!

Colors of clothing can be difficult to reproduce accurately on screens. But there's a simple trick that can help, especially if you have a newer Apple iPhone. Go to "Settings" and select "Display". Turn off "True Tone" and "Night Shift" and then increase "Brightness" to the maximum to get an image that is close to what we see when we work on our photos.
