Our business idea is as simple as it is très ingénieux: pants for women with long legs, you know the ones! For everyone else, we can tell you that those of us with long legs have a hard time finding pants with sufficient leg length, without compromising on fit and "feel" in general.
The normal delivery time for your order is 3-5 working days. If your order hasn't arrived, please contact customer service customercare@gentaille.com.
You have 14 days to make a return. Email customercare@gentaille.com and provide your order number and email address, or fill in the return form that came with your order to tell us what you want to return and why. You can read more about how to make a return under "Returns".
Returns are free. Use the enclosed return label when returning. See Returns & Refunds for more information.
It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us and be processed. We will notify you by email when your order has been refunded. If it has been longer than that, or if you need to contact us regarding your return, please contact us at customercare@gentaille.com and attach your return receipt (e.g. proof of delivery).
Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to us and we will charge a fee of up to 250 SEK/25 EUR to cover return shipping and handling.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you must first pick up the package and then return it according to our return policy.

To make it as easy as possible when you want to exchange a product/size, email customercare@gentaille.com that you have returned the product and that you want to exchange it. You will then receive a refund when it has arrived at our warehouse and then place a new order.
You can find our sizes under Size Guide. Take your measurements or measure your favorite jeans in the places we indicate in the guide. For best results, use a measuring tape. If you don't have one at home, you can use a string and then measure with a yardstick or ruler!

Gentaille currently only ships to Sweden, but will soon be delivering to the following countries within the EU: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain.

Colors of clothes can be difficult to reproduce completely accurately on screens. But there is a simple trick that can help, especially if you have a newer Apple iPhone. Go to "Settings" and select "Display". Turn off "True Tone" and "Night Shift" and then increase "Brightness" to maximum to get an image that is close to what we see when we work with our photos.
